In the company Potenca d.o.o. we applied for the E-BUSINESS 2017-2018 tender and received a grant in the past year. In the framework of the project entitled Digitalized International Logistics of POTENCA, we created new web pages in Croatian and English, new online shops in Croatian and English, product-sales video in English, and attended trainings aimed at improving knowledge of areas of new digital tools.

Education – strengthening competencies was carried out by Luminet, Janez Hudrap s.p. Our director, Luka Slanič, attended our training. In three meetings, he was educated on the topic of websites and online stores, production processes and logistics, and digital marketing.

As part of online and web-based training, he learned effective management of new websites and stores, and trained in the processes of digital sales and reading of analytics of the aforementioned digital tools.

The training focused on the subject of production processes and logistics included training in the management of the entire production cycle and efficient paperless logistics business.

Since marketing is an important part of sales, the last set of training was dedicated to the skills of digital marketing, in the framework of which he met his legality and construction and acted with customer bases.

The investment under which we received grants is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund. The purpose of the operation is to increase the opportunity of presenting its achievements, products, services to the international business community through the co-financing of eligible costs of an active presentation for the rest of the world, increasing the possibilities of business cooperation with foreign buyers and business partners, increasing the international competitiveness of the company and increasing the level of internationalization.
